Texels Bock is an unfiltered, top-fermented autumn beer. It has a deep red color and typical caramel flavor because the brewers use roasted barley malt. The special hop varieties give a pleasant “bitterness” in the aftertaste. The little yeast at the bottom of the bottle makes the beer extra creamy.
